Quinte Tennis Club 

Nestled in the heart of Belleville’s Old East Hill, the QTC has provided players of all ages and abilities a place to enjoy tennis on clay courts since 1949.

The Quinte Tennis Club is a seasonal club that is home to four Har-Tru clay outdoor courts, each with spot lights for evening play. The courts are used for instructional, competitive and recreational play throughout the season.  Unlike hardcourt or grass courts, clay courts offer a surface that lets a player to slide rather than stop abruptly.  In turn, clay is kinder on joints and muscles. Moreover, clay courts slow down the ball, which allows for longer and more enjoyable rallies. 

Between May and October, the QTC offers private, semi-private, and group lessons for all ages and abilities. Our weekly leagues and Club tournaments keep both adult and junior players in top form. Adult players enjoy a variety of programs and activities, including Mens’ Night, Ladies’ Night and Mixed Doubles Night, round robins, social tennis mixers, inter-club tournaments and the annual Club Championships.  Our youth tennis program includes lessons, Summer Camps and junior tournaments.

Covering the entirety of our Northern and Western fences, we have windscreens to enhance the quality of your play and maintain the consistency of the clay's surface.

Whether you're warming up or getting a solo hit in, we have a practice wall you can use to keep your skills sharp.  

So what happens on the clay stays on the clay, and not in your car. 

Why drive when you can bike?!  Our bike rack is located right inside our entrance, past the gate, and to the left. You can't miss it.

There's plenty of spaces to park which are accessible by Queen Street.

We're surrounded by nature, so we understand that when nature calls we have your solution.  The men's/women's washrooms can also be changing rooms. 

Located just within our clubhouse doors, between the washrooms in case of emergencies.

For smoothing out the clay surface & keeping the court lines visable, respectively.  Players are responsible for rolling the lines after every play session. 

Because the future is now.
